Mortgage Broker role – Greenogue Office

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage mortgage pipeline leads to achieve and exceed business targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients along their mortgage journey.
• Prepare, review and analyse the creditworthiness of mortgage lending applications, making recommendations to lenders under individual credit policy
• Ensure adherence to regulation at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team delivering first-class customer service

Requirements:

• OFA qualified (or minimum APA in Loans and regulations) is required for this role
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for serving the client
• Excellent knowledge of mortgage market and financial products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Organisation, attention to detail, self-motivated and energetic
• Proven track record in financial services
