Our Team

Ray Cooke originally came from a Sales & Marketing background before he joined one of the largest Auctioneering groups in Ireland.

After a number of years of Ray being one of the top performers within the company, Ray branched out on his own and opened his first office in Clondalkin Village in 2005. After a very successful 5 years, in which his Yellow “For Sale” Sign became one of the most recognisable brands in the area, Ray decided to expand the business and opened his second office in Tallaght Village in 2010.

In 2015 he celebrated 10 years in business by opening a 3rd office in Terenure Village and in 2017 we opened our first on the Northside in Finglas Village. In 2019 we opened in Rathcoole Village & also moved into our 3,500 sqft Greenogue Unit where our Property Management & Financial Services divisions work. We opened Mobhi Road, Glasnevin in 2021 & our latest location, No. 8 in Blanchardstown will open in January 2023.

In 2008 Ray set up our sister company, Ray Cooke Financial Services Ltd, which is a mortgage, life assurance & pension broker.

Now with 20+ years in the Auctioneering industry, Ray brings a wealth of experience to his company and all his clients.

Ray runs the company with his wife Niamh and they have two children together

Eoin joined the company in 2015 and working alongside Ray and Niamh Cooke he has overseen the companies growth in recent years. His experience within other sectors has helped both clients and fellow staff find solutions to difficult scenarios. With a degree in Applied Physics from DCU and a diploma in Real Estate form IT Tallaght he takes a keen interest in all things “property” .

Raised in Rathcoole Co Dublin and living in Kill Co Kildare, Eoin has been a member of Commercials Hurling Club all his life and is still trying to play a bit of junior Hurling to this day.

Born and raised in Rathcoole, Co Dublin, Conor joined the Ray Cooke Team in 2012 and is the Senior Negotiator in our Terenure office covering South Dublin. Conor studied and gained an honours degree in Business & Marketing from IT Tallaght and has also studied property studies in DIT. This along with his thorough knowledge of the market gives him a greater understanding of marketing and selling property locally and around the Dublin area.

Conor prides himself on his work ethic, being approachable, honest and having an ability to think outside the box to find the best solutions.

Conor, along with our team, understands the stress that can be involved when buying and selling property, and we are here to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

Ross joined the company in 2008 and is the Senior Negotiator in our head office and covers South Dublin. Ross has a very strong knowledge of the local area and during this time he has developed a first-rate understanding of the market, along with the ability to easily adapt to changing market conditions.

His enthusiasm and commitment is compelling and he is consistently driven to find the best way to achieve his client’s goals.

Ross has been one of the top performers in the South Dublin market for nearly a decade now achieving record prices in estates every year.

James joined the company in 2016 and has become a vital cog in the Ray Cooke Team. Highly committed to his clients, his dedication and drive ensures that he consistently exceeds expectations.

Born and raised in Co. Clare and having obtained a degree in Marketing from Cork Institute of Technology, James brings a personable and hardworking approach. He brings good all-round marketing skills and a solid background in sales to the office.
